How To Make Meat Broth and Bone Broth

I have been working on these videos over the past few months to show you how easy it is to make these really nourishing foods at home. Bone broths have always been a way to make use of every part of an animal. Bones, skin, feet, tendons and anything you can’t eat directly are boiled and then simmered for a couple of days. The Obama administration recently announced it will spend over a hundred million dollars on deepening our knowledge of the human microbiome - the bacteria, fungi, viruses and other organisms which make their home in and on our bodies.
