Turmeric Milk

So I really love coffee, but coffee is really not always my friend. Especially as the air gets colder, my immune system is working a bit harder and I am super busy at work. I am tempted to reach for the coffee when I feel like I have a lot to do and I love the ritual of my morning coffee... grinding the beans or stopping off at our lovely local coffee shop before work. But, I can tell when I need to stop. If I'm honest with myself when I drink coffee my sleep isn't as good, I do feel a little wired and my mood with the children isn't as good as it could be.
