I've had a lot of questions following my recent Facebook post on the yellow glasses so I thought it might be helpful to share more on what I've been learning recently. I recently tested my husband's melatonin levels as I was concerned about his sleep and frequent waking at night. He works for a US company and also has a team in Singapore. Working across multiple time zones means turning off the laptop and putting the phone when it gets dark isn't always possible.
